Nine civil and political Turkish activists were arrested in last
threedays by the Iranian Government!
Amnesty South Azerbaijan - ASA: Based on our sources and their
reports,during last three days, nine cultural and civil Turkish
activists of SouthAzerbaijan National Movement were arrested by the
Intelligence and
Security Services (ETTELAAT) of Iran government in different cities
ofSouth Azerbaijan (Iran).
The list of the arrested activists:
1. Ýbrahim Rashidi (Savalan) arrested by the Intelligence and
SecurityServices of Tabriz
2. Afshin Shahbazi, arrested by the Intelligence and Security Services
ofTabriz
3. Mehdi Abbasi (Oxtay), arrested by the Intelligence and
SecurityServices of Ahar
4. Mohammad Ahadi, arrested by the Intelligence and Security Services
ofMiyaneh
5. Ruzbeh Saadati, arrested by the Intelligence and Security Services
ofMiyaneh
6. Shanharam Radmehr, arrested by the Intelligence and Security
Servicesof Meshkin Shahr
7. Ali Pakbaz, arrested by the Intelligence and Security Services of
Ahar
8. Ali Hamed Ýman - arrested by the Intelligence and Security Services
of Tabriz
9. Yunes Zareiyun - arrested by the Intelligence and Security Services
ofTabriz
Amnesty South Azerbaijan - ASA calls on the Iranian
authorities to immediately and unconditionally release the all above
civil and culturalarrested activists.
